At Alveroco, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional information required to complete the process.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@alveroco.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we recommend requesting a return for the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
